 Shipping and insurance

  • We ship parcels to countries in the table below with contracted forwarders at low rates.
  • Shipping cost are calculated by our webshop according to total weight of the shipment and destination (country).
  • No parcels are delivered to neighbours except when this is explicitly requested in writing.
  • All shipments have basic insurence against damage and loss for up to €50.00 however if you like to have additional transport insurance enable the option in your shopping cart (order step 2 under shipping). For this we charge 1.2% of the total goods value in your order. This way your order will be insured against all damages during transport. If you dont want additional transport insurance simply disable the option.
  • Europe Audio is responsible for correct delivery to the address you supplied on your order however European forwarders deliver parcels on postalcode and housenumber and do not check the actual address on the label, Europe audio is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address because of wrong postal code given in the shipping address.
