You can change the delivery address for your pending order before we have processed it in your account page. Sign in to your account and go to your orders, select the order for which you want to change the delivery address and click on ‘order status’.

In the order status page under ‘shipping address’ click on ‘change the shipping address for this order’ and make the required changes and save them.

Changes can only be made for delivery in the country you initially selected when you placed the order. When you like to change the delivery address to a different country contact our sales depertment.

Note that you cannot change the address when the order partially shipped.
